This notice explains how personal data collected through the etaprefabrik.com website and our contact channels is processed, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

- Technical data: server logs such as IP address, browser information and access time when you visit the site.
3. How we collect data
We collect the information you send us through the quote form, WhatsApp, phone and email, as well as server logs created automatically when you visit our website.
About the quote form: The details you enter are not stored on our server. They are prepared on your device as a WhatsApp message and are sent to us via WhatsApp only when you press “Send”.

- Preparing price quotes and responding to your requests,
- Carrying out pre-contract discussions, project planning and site surveys,
- After-sales communication and customer satisfaction,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and keeping the website secure.
5. Legal grounds
We process your personal data under KVKK Article 5(2): where it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), to comply with our legal obligations (ç), and for our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
6. Sharing of data
- Service providers: our website hosting provider.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): when you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through this service, whose servers may be located outside Türkiye.
- Google: the map (Google Maps) and fonts (Google Fonts) on our site are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address; Google Maps may use its own cookies.
- Authorised public authorities: where required by law.
7. Cookies
Our website does not set its own cookies. The embedded Google Maps content may use cookies under Google's cookie policy. If we use analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent and update this notice.
8. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable legal retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
9. Your rights under KVKK Article 11
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, and to have these actions notified to third parties,
